Shipping & Return


- Normally orders will ship in 2 business days from the order confirmed. Large orders may take more time to ship. Please contact us in advance regarding your shipping requirements if you have any special deadline to meet. We will try our bests to accomodate your needs. We do not ship on courier's shipping holidays.

- We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for all import duties(if there is) such as customs, VAT, etc. Multiple shipping methods are available, which can be chosen when checkout. Specified shipping methods may be possible on request, please contact us in advance.

- Shipping Rate. Our shipping rate is calculated based on shipping methods, weight and destination, here is a reference,

1. Shipping method: Air Mail (within 2Kg, 7-14 working days), FREE.

2. Shipping method: Express

i) USA, $39 for the first 0.5Kg, $5 for every additional 0.5Kg.

ii) European countries including France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Nederland, Romania, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Czech, etc. US$30 for the first 0.5Kg, $4 for every additional 0.5Kg;

iii) Asian countries including Korea, Taiwan, Singapore,etc. US$24 for the first 0.5Kg, $2.5 for every additional 0.5Kg;

iv) Canada, $29 for the first 0.5Kg, $4 for every additional 0.5Kg.

v) Australia, $28 for the first 0.5Kg, $6 for every additional 0.5Kg.

vi) New Zealand, $24 for the first 0.5Kg, $5 for every additional 0.5Kg.

vii)  Other areas/countries. Please contact us to confirm the freight charge.

- Tracking number or related shipping information will be provided once we ship the goods, such information can be found order history in member area.

-We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or Carrier. All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carriers attention. If necessary, customer should alert the carrier and us that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, we will then ship out a replacement. We have no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, We will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.


Only phisical products are returnable for refund, digital/downloadable products or service is not available for refund after sold. We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We refund to your Ultraaa account balance. We do not refund shipping. All returned merchandise must be unused and in the original brand-new condition, with all manufacturer's included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. Refunds will be rejected for damaged goods. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. The buyer pays for the return freight charge.

Cancelling Orders

If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, we will not refund the shipping cost.


We take great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival.


All products purchased from us are warranted against defects in material and workmanship of the product. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement upon return of the damaged item to us. If a defective product is not possible to repair, we will replace it. This warranty does not cover damage due to rust, abuse, or mishandling.
